Renting to section 8 and other voucher holders

Hi all,

I am an out of state investor. I own rental properties in 4 different states, with Indiana being my newest market. Across the board, I never had any issue renting out my units to voucher holders. I work with property managers who are very well connected to the point where my units don't get listed online and average turn time to fill vacancies is under a week.

I am looking to connect with fellow investors or property manager's who can assist me in leasing my units out.

Advise going back to investing in the other markets that you don't have problems with:)
