I am an OOS investor in Cleveland area. How much are you paying for water & sewer on your duplexes/Triplexes? What is considered average for zipcodes 44102 and 44109? Thanks!

If it's a 2-bed unit, I usually estimate about $50 a month per unit for water and sewer. Obviously, the specific tenants' water usage depends on them, but I have found this to be a good estimate
