What Screening Tool Do You Prefer?
Hi everyone! We are about to list our first long-term rental and wanted to find out which screening software did you prefer Transunion Smartmove, Zillow, or something else? We have heard horror stories from other landlords so hoping to utilize the best one for a reliable tenant. Thanks in advance!

I use Zillow for the listing and screening. I've never had any problems (knock on wood). If there is a better tool, I'd like to know.
But I also meet every one of my prospective tenants and I have fairly high-end rentals in good neighborhoods with fairly high rents, so that tends to do some of the screening for me.
