Purchasing home to rent out. Neighbors breeding Pit Bulls/G.Shep

Went on the inspection of a house I have a contract on. I plan to purchase and rent out. Found that 1 neighbor is breeding Pit Bulls and the other has German Shepards. Small yards around 4-5,000 sq ft.  with 1600sq ft house. All the dogs bark when you’re in the backyard. Since I chose this house because it’s in great schools, I’m worried I could have trouble renting it. Do you think having these dogs as neighbors will deter renters?

Definatly will be an issue. If you can get out of the deal do so immediately. Tenant turn over will be very high, probably annually.
