Long distance investing. Rehab to rent out.

Hey everyone! We wanted to introduce ourselves to our fellow BiggerPockets people! We are long distance real estate investors who live in Denton TX and invest in Ardmore OK. We bought our first investment property off of Auction.com and wholesaled it, took the profit and invested that into a rent ready house. We just closed on our second Auction.com property and started rehabbing that one. We just closed on a duplex as we well and have started fixing that one up. Nice to meet y’all! :)
