What software are people using to manage their investment properties? I looked Buildium but it doesn't provide financial metrics and analysis (cap rate, cash flow, operating expense), etc.

@Cody Nolf Have you looked into dealcheck? Sounds like it might be what you're after. I haven't used it personally but from a quick glance it could be interesting for you.

@Kathy Brown  & @Jeff Wang What are your requirements beyond entering in data in one place and analysis? I've been involved in developing something similar for a while now.
