Hey guys!
I am wrapping up a renovation on a BRRRR deal and wanted some input on which toilet to install. Any recommendations on a reliable yet affordable model at Home Depot?

I manage over 600 doors and have done this for over 20 years. I have never put more than 2 seconds of thought towards a toilet. Trying to remember a time when a toilet has actually caused a problem. Yes they break and tenants clog them but don't overthink the toilet. What do you have space for? Round or Oblong? There is your answer buy the cheap one that has everything in the box. Worry more about screening potential tenants. Good Luck

Replacing one this spring.
It has a crack at the bolt, so it will be replaced.
I am going for a slightly taller toilet.
As the toilet is replaced, I will get to look at the shape of the floor under the toilet, and the waste pipe. Looking for evidence of buildup of crud better pushed down the drain when my tools are out and available!
I also will replace the wax ring with a wax/rubber ring and new bolts.
The taller stool seat felt nice to me at a house I visited last week, so this is why I like it.

@Luke J Nelsen If you have a menards around I recommend the $99 Tuscany dual flush model.
If you don’t have a menards store, you can maybe find a similar model at home depot and google “home depot menards rebate” to get 11% off at Home Depot too!
Champion makes on that says it can flush so many golf balls. Remember the commercials?
Well my kids kept stopping up the upstairs toilet when they were teenagers. I put this toilet in and they NEVER stopped it up.
Yes, you are completely correct about the Champion flushing golf balls.
