The event will be held at the HQ of Ohio Cashflow until the group gets large enough to justify a move into the Sydney Opera House lol :)

    I am assuming the "under 40" in the title of the post refers to under 40 years old.  Please disregard this comment if that is not correct.  Your post states that everyone is welcome. This seems to disagree with the title. Is everyone welcome or just those under 40 years of age? If there is an age limit, why are you discriminating on that basis?
