Hey Guys! My name is Bryan Gibson. I am a realtor/investor originally from Newark, Ohio but I have recently moved to Lancaster, ohio. I have a decent sized portfolio of single family homes but I am currently looking for partners and investors to partner with me on scaling, growing and moving my real estate business further. I am a huge believer in networking and education and I would like to start a meet up on a weekly/biweekly basis with likeminded real estate investors in the Fairfield/Licking county areas. I think lancaster is a great submarket of columbus to invest. There are some great deals out there right now. The fact that you can buy a 6 unit for under 150k is better pricing than even downtown cbus. good luck at the meeting let me know how it goes. might come to one down the road.

    Not sure offhand with fairfield/Licking, but every so often we have people from Lancaster in our Ross/Chillicothe monthly REIA.

    If you have a meet up in the area I definitely would like to attend. I'm a new investor myself and currently trying to network with people that have experience to get off on the right foot. Partnering is starting to look like the right way to go.

    Hey Bryan, i have some investment property in Lancaster and would be interested in a meet up. Weekly would probably be to often for me but I would do once a month or possibly twice a month.

    Next week, Tuesday, April 3rd OR Wednesday, April 4th from 6-7: 30? in Lancaster?

    I would be interested in meeting as well. I live in Pickerington and currently have rentals in the Columbus area. Looking to expand SFH portfolio and get into MF properties. Looking forward to networking with other like-minded investors. Next Wed would be preferred for me, but can probably make Tues work.

    @Bryan Gibson  I'd be interested in this.  I've got one property in Lancaster right now and I'd like to learn the market better down there and network a bit.  Unfortunately I'm not available Wednesdays for another few weeks, but I could probably catch the next one in May if you stick with Wed.

    Hi Bryan, would you allow someone with no investing experience attend your meeting. I have a lot of experience as a Realtor and lender but I'm turning my focus to investing. I love Lancaster and would love to learn more about that market

    Good Morning Lancaster meet up! Since I have no idea how to change the date/location of this meet up page, I’ll have anyone who plans on attending this Wednesday, April 11th at 6:00 pm at Starbucks (1626 N Memorial Dr Lancaster, Ohio 43130.)
