Short term rental in Wisconsin Dells/ Baraboo

I am looking to get started in the STR business soon and have been interested in the Wisconsin Dells and Baraboo area. I am aware of certain zoning and regulations but am looking to further my knowledge before potentially venturing deeper. How can I make sure to do this the right way?
