I have a quick question with which I'm hoping the BP community can please assist: We're interested in finding a realtor in VT who has deep knowledge of STRs and who perhaps even does some Real Estate investing themselves. Curious if there is anyone you can recommend who is a strong fit for this?

For background, my husband and I have successfully completed two live-in flips in the NH Seacoast over the past two years. As we look to the next phase of our real estate investing journey, are very interested in acquiring STRs. We absolutely love Vermont, visit every chance we get, and are hoping to move there ourselves-- so we would love for our STR properties to be located in VT. (We especially like the areas and surrounding towns around Woodstock and Stowe, although we are aware that some towns are better suited to this than others as it pertains to zoning ordinances.)
