I've been doing lots of research in that area and unless you're near the ski area, a lot of people do a blended model, STR in summer and LTR in winter.

@Jeff Langley I’ve heard the same thing. Seems like the June-August months are responsible for the bulk of the income. Just the opposite of the Vail market where we currently live.
