Hello, so I started a STR property management company and we have grown. We are looking to buy bulk supplies. We should be managing around 50 very shortly. Does anyone have a recommend place to buy bulk supplies like cleaning and toiletries supplies? Thank you very much for any info!!!

Sams Club. They will drop ship for free with premium membership and you get cash back rewards on Club purchases.

I don't think you're going to get much cheaper (for the quality) than Costco....?

As @Bruce Woodruff and @John Underwood mentioned, for the quantity you are probably best off going to warehouse clubs like Costco or Sams Club. These are the main choice of small businesses. These warehouse clubs started out as wholesale clubs meant only for business and over time opened to the public. I know it seems like a lot, but 50 units is pretty small. Consider hotels with hundreds of units or thousands of units and that type of scale can get you better pricing.

@Mark Mattison I have never heard of HostGPO. I went to their site and they share no details on what is available or pricing. It looks like you need a paid membership to view that. Can you share some examples of prices on common things like toilet paper? What type of deals have you found there?

I remember shopping at the first Price Club in San Diego back when they were only wholesale. They later became Costco. I shoulda bought the first stock offering.....

I have not used HostGPO, but a number of Airbnb owners in the smokies did the initial consultation call.  Most of the owners are using them for buying furniture.  It won’t cost you anything to hear what services they provide.
