Looking for a good template to do a rental Proforma..

Looking for a good template for revenue and expense for a Vacation rental. I have Airdna so i can get the info but was looking for a place to compile it all. Kinda like a preforma...any example or advice would be great!

    yep that what i figured. just wasn't going to recreate the wheel if not needed.. Have a good one..

    So if you go to Udemy and purchase the course https://www.udemy.com/course/r... this guy goes in deep and provides many spread sheets for you to use to do proforma, internal rates of return and discounted cash flows etc.
