We are looking to purchase a property in the Hilton Head Island area to use both as a winter residence and STR for spring/summer/fall. I have an idea of location, but will welcome thoughts from an experienced agent who owns STR's in the area.

I’ve owned there for years. Absolutely love it the area.  Best realtor I’ve used there is Robbie Bunting from Hilton Head Properties.
