Hi BP Community,
I have a fantastic general LTR Mastermind group that has been going strong for over a year now and I am looking to add a second mastermind group. This one will be focused entirely on Short term rentals. I just closed on my first one and am in contract for two more. I have been in the process of 1031'ing the C class properties in my portfolio and have been moving these over to STR. I have worked through Avery Carl's system and am looking to implement some of the strategies from "Optimize My AirBnB" as well. Would love to start masterminding with any experience level, I would just ask that you own or are in contract for at least one STR. This will be VIRTUAL over zoom, so you can live anywhere and attend.

Hey everyone, we just had a couple of people drop. Please reply if you are still interested in joining. Meeting is at 9 am PST Thursdays for one hour via zoom.
Have an offer put on a STR today. Would love to join, if my offer is accepted I will suddenly have 2 STRs because I spent the last year converting and living in a 35 ft school bus that I plan to list as a unique STR, while I house hack the new property(The property I put an offer on has an established AirBnB).
Have been listening to the BP podcast for about a year now.

@Jason Knight if it's not too late, I'd love to your Mastermind zoom group! I'm new to BP and have 2 LTR right now, I had another 4 LTR units (6 in total) in a multi family building and sold that building. Looking to get into STR for a good vacation market (hopefully in PST or MST locations for my first). Also, I have a RE license in CA and IL and happy to share anything I know that can be helpful!

Hey Jason! I’m interested if there’s still room. We have 3 STRs presently with 2 going live in November.
