    Hi @Adam Monell, the "Find an Agent" tool is a great resource for connecting with local investor-friendly agents.

    Additionally, I am sure there are some local agents that will comment on this thread.

    @Andrew Garcia thanks. I did try the tool. Must be there just are not a ton of local agents near the area I am looking at on BP.

     The find an agent tool doesn't give you many results in WV. Try searching agents by zip code. If possible, gather a list of nearby zip codes to the area you're interested in. Usually it will recommend someone that's at least somewhat close.
