Looking to purchase our first STR near fredericksburg, open to either lot to build glamp site on, or traditional residential.

Why do you need a realtor to find a property? Find it on your own with your own due diligence. It's not that difficult.
Tip: Drive around and look for "For Sale" signs in front of properties. There will be a phone number. Call the number.

Hey Paul,
Given several of Fredericksburg's local ordinances and zoning laws regarding STR, as I am not a local, I'd like to partner with an STR friendly realtor who is familiar with the local market.

Would love to drive around and look for sale signs, but unfortunately that is not currently an option.
