Realtor Recommendation for STR's in Atlanta Area

Hello! Can you recommend a Real Estate Agent that is familiar with buying property for an STR in the suburbs south of Atlanta? I already know the criteria of what I'm looking for just hoping to find someone familiar with STR ordinances in the different towns. I would like an agent who will do more than put me on a list and is good at negotiations. I am currently selling an STR and the agent (in PA) does not have our best interests unfortunately. Thank you!
