Anyone in Minnesota doing STRs in FL - Can we talk?
Hello,
Recently purchased our first FL place, beachfront condo in Cocoa Beach. Our plan is to do STRs on it, but trying to decide who to list it with (or take plunge in trying it ourselves from far away) is the challenge. We just listed our first Air BNB up north, at our lake home. But we live close enough on that one, to feel comfortable in doing it ourselves. We are long time real estate investors, but new to STR investments.
