Cleaning People Near Hatteras Island, NC

I was just wondering if anyone knew any individual cleaning companies within 30 miles of Hatteras Island, NC? It seems like its only the property management companies that have all of the cleaners. There are no companies on Google so just wondering if anyone had a local company or individual they knew who would want to do turnover cleans for a Short Term Rental in Avon. Thanks for your help!

Did you check Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist? How about TurnoverBNB?

    Didn't read the post, just the subject.  I think more money can be made by housing people instead of cleaning people.  Besides, most people know how to take a bath or shower and can clean themselves.

    @Matt Schreiber

    Yeah, check out TurnoverBnB, like @Michael Baum said. Several of our STR/Airbnb investor clients here in Colorado use them to find cleaners who know the short-term rental space. Plus it integrates with your calendar so the communication between you and your cleaner is minimal as they just know when they need to get in and clean.

    @Michael Baum @James Carlson Thanks for your help. I did actually make an account on there but haven't made any connections yet. Its a really unique market so I was hoping someone who already invests there might've had a local person but I appreciate the different ideas.

    I just started a STR in Avon. Best way to find a cleaner down there is to spend a few days there and talk to locals.

    @Wilson Hunter nice that’s awesome so did you find one? I have a good cleaner that I use now but she charges a percentage to clean and manage the maintenance and stuff so I was seeing if there was another option that doesn’t charge a percentage.
