Bank recommendations for 2nd home/vacation loan?

Hello! I am looking for bank recommendations for favorable terms for a 2nd home/vacation loan. I am located in PA. I was hoping to only put 10% down and I am not as concerned about the interest rate. Does anyone know of a bank offering 10% down? So far I have been quoted 15% and 20% down. Thanks!

I used Associated Credit Union out of Georgia. They kept the loan in house.

I used Ben cox. 10% down. No affiliation but I would recommend

I got my 10% second home loan through Bill Kramen, he's in Wilmington, DE and does loans in PA too. Great guy, kept my closing on track despite delays with the HOA paperwork. https://people.grarate.com/bil...
