Short term rental management company
Hello,
has anyone had any experience having a management company manage short term rentals in the Los Angeles area and if not how is it in the area you are in? Is the air bnb market slowing down? Would it be profitable to air bnb a 3 or 4 bedroom or a 2 bedroom house? If the house is considered owner occupied does rent control apply?
