General Liability & Insurance policy for a Arbitrage portfolio

Hi Team!

I have a 10-unit Airbnb Arbitrage portfolio and in 2022 one of our largest operational expenses was insurance premiums.

We currently take out a policy for each individual unit and the costs have added up quickly!

Does anyone work with an insurance business broker that they would like to refer?

I use USAA if you or dad, grandad were military.

Hey @Easton Hill, have you contacted a commercial insurer to see if they have a policy that would cover the portfolio?
Zurich has some portfolio policies. Not sure how it works for leased properties vs owned.
