Looking for "Boots on the Ground" Hollywood Florida Area

Are there any "Boots on the Ground" type property management companies in the Greater Miami area, specifically Hollywood, Florida?  Most property managers want to be super full-service and charge you 20% - Are there any other alternatives out there?  Is anyone currently making it work without a property manager?

It sounds like you just need to find a cleaning crew and a handy man and cut out the property management all together.
