Hey @Kyle Patrick, we spent about 8 days in the Sedona/Prescott/Flagstaff area a few months ago.

Williams is on the comeback trail IMHO. There is a couple of cool homes right downtown and the town itself is a cool place. It is a bit rundown IMHO, but it is coming back. Williams is putting more $$$ into tourism and the like,

It is right on the road to the south rim of the Grand Canyon. It's an hour up Hwy 64.

Prices are all over the board, but I would expect to get in around 500-650k for a nice place. The average nightly rate is about $250.

You're in the right place! Learn as much as you can. BP has a great STR bootcamp.

We live north of Prescott and go to Williams a lot. One of the coolest little towns in the country! I don't know what your competition is though, you will have to look that up on VRBO or ABNB....

Just up the road (North) at Grand Canyon Junction is where all the STR glamping sites seem to prefer. I imagine for the dark(er) sky setting

Hi! My husband and I own a STR in Williams… it's a single family residence about 2000 sf …. We have done it for 10 months so far and we had some growing pains!! But would love to share our experience if you're interested ….. live the house and we are 5 hours away so we did STR so we could utilize the house once in awhile for long weekends or something. We haven't had as many opportunities as we wish we could sue to work. The town is great and has lots of fun stuff to do…. We were super busy in the fall and up to Christmas. Haven't had a super slow month actually except January and February maybe.
