Why would a landlord want to lease to you and take on this risk when they could just rent it themselves?

What experience do you have?

Are you licensed and insured?

Are you legally able to manage someone else's property?

    Hey @Amy H., this probably isn't the place to find someone who would allow arbitrage with their property.

    You might just start calling around and see what's what. Get with an agent, but first I would find out if you need a real estate license in order to manage a property in El Paso, TX.

    You also might want to contact the city to see where they are at with the restrictions they are planning. There have been a slew of meetings on it -
