Hey everyone, I am a real estate investor looking to build upon my portfolio for co-hosting for homeowners. I own and operate a small cohosting company in the Ventura County area and have access to AirDNA data for any market in the USA. I operate homes in Joshua Tree, Ventura, Texas, and Mass. and would love to help with any info I can in regards to investors looking in those markets and elsewhere for their next STR investment:)
Hey Matt, that's dope! I've got this off market triplex in Pasadena that my client will sell at the right price. It was taken to studs and back up with high quality finishes. Comps look great, the location is great and he's going to be finishing up in a month so there's opportunity here to analyze. Looks like it'll cash flow right away! DM me.
