Are there Any Free Alternatives to AirDNA?

I'm looking for free alternatives to AirDNA. As an Investor I'm looking to calculate average occupancy rates and monthly income for different neighborhoods.

Use the enemy method! Great way to see first hand what people are charging and how their calendars look.

The Short Term Shop does provide free airdna data on their site though for our markets. Enemy method is still superior IMO.

I use the free portion of AIRDNA to get the basic income and occupancy rate. you can even change how many people will stay which gives you an indication as to what is the most profitable.

And you can just go do your own research by checking out your local competition. How far out are they booked? What are their rates? Do they do Instant Booking? How many nights minimum stay? Etc..... Etc......
