I am looking to connect and get some advice on the Air Bnb Market in Arvada Colorado. Please reach out. I have an investor that is looking in the area and I would like to hear the issues and learn about the laws.

Hey @Myres McDougal, here is a site that talks about permitting - https://www.arvadaco.gov/259/Short-Term-Rentals
There should be some info on the various requirements for the license, but I would just call the city and get the skinny directly.
