Sacramento STR or AirBnb questions

Sam Chan
Posted

I recently purchased a property in Sacramento. Does anyone have experience in converting it to STR/AirBnb?

I read that I need to get a conditional used permit if the STR is more than 90 days. Anyone has experience with that?

I have questions on the logistic with the city.

Hey Sam, I'm a broker and we manage over 100 properties on airbnb. You just have to get your BOT and STR permit from the city. We help our clients do it all the time. I'll dm you :)
