STR market and realtor recommendations in Hochatown, OK

Hi! I'm new to all of this and appreciate any and all feedback! We traveled to Hochatown, OK a few months ago and really loved it there. I've been wanting to buy investments properties for a while now and I am pulled to the STR market but obviously have no experience here. Also, I live in Louisiana so it would be a long distance property.

Do any of you have experience in this market in this area? Would you recommend? It seems to be landlord friendly but I haven't gotten that far into my research. Can anyone guide me on where to find this info? Also, do any of you have any realtor recommendations for this area with experience in investment properties, specifically STR's?
