I've owned a 4/2 long-term rental in Breckenridge, CO for almost 4 years with a lot of success, even lived out in Summit County for a while. Glad to chat with anyone thinking about getting into this market, and possibly partnering to expand my portfolio there.

Just bought a house in Breckenridge that we're living in and short-term renting when we're away, but might be interested in partnering down the road on the right situation.
