HELP!
I've been hosting in the Oak Park area of Sacramento for the last 1.5 years and it's been amazing. I recently started co-hosting for a coworker and am looking to have someone else start cleaning the units.
Both are 2 bedroom, 1 bath units, one at 900 square feet and the other at 700ish. I'm thinking that I'll need support with 8-16 turns a month, with more in the future.
I've tried turnoverbnb, asked friends and Craigslist for suggestions but haven't been able to find anyone. Any and all recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try Angies List? You could also ask around at rehab centers and homeless shelters. Just because those people are in those facilities doesn't mean anything is wrong with them. They are trying to better themselves and need an opportunity. I know this DJ that was bouncing around between homeless shelters and rehab, he finally got his act together and has several STRs in the Smokys.

Try to find a housecleaner with an arrangement like mine. She cleans the houses for free and I get to sleep with her. 23 STRs, 83 beds. Although lately that arrangement has changed a little. Whenever I collect cash rent, she takes what she wants and I get whatever is left over.
Bobby I hope that you got the answer you needed to finding a good cleaner. If not, I know that MaidThis recently expanded into Sacramento and they have hotel-level cleaning and have a "no flaking" policy for their cleaners.
