Does anyone have experience with investing in ski towns in and around Montana? A few investors and I are interested in the Big Sky area and wanted to see how others were doing on STR/Vacation homes in the area.

I have a property management business which deals exclusively in STR in Montana ski and other tourists hot spots. I manage 5 of my own, and have client referrals if you would like those. I also have a sales license and have been a REI in this area for 15 years.
