Mine is $205. So about half of the properties with a mortgage would be below $205 a month.

@Avery Carl $9,500 cash for the last 4 places. $13,500 for the 5th (it had 2 bathrooms). All were bank foreclosures. Google also says this is the worst town to live in Kansas, but it's been pretty good to me.
