My husband and I are thinking to invest a short term rentals in Tennyson. We like Silverthorn Colorado but there is no cash flow there. Can we get something similar (mountain view, town feel) in the smokey's? Thank you!

You can get views in the Smokies but keep in mind that it's a different mountain range so the view is different. The feel of the towns is also different than Colorado. The cash flow in the smokies is great (I went from 0-100 doors in 5 years through investing in STR's in the smokies at the beginning of my investing career), but don't invest there expecting it to be like the Rockies.
