Hello, I am new to real estate investing. I'm looking for any advice on multi-family and Flipping properties. not limited to NJ, currently looking for my 1st of property.

Hi @Dale Sterling welcome to BP. What would you like to know regarding multis and flipping? My wife and I house hacked throughout North Jersey. We currently live in a Live in Fix and Flip. NJ has produce huge returns for us, we are always happy to help out and give back the same way other members from BP have done for us over the years. I host a monthly REI meet up, you may want to attend this months event, we had over 70 guest last month.
