Hey BP! Looking to network with and learn from other new or experienced investors in the Denver Metro. I am a licensed agent and have been in RE for about 7 years, with some recent wholesaling, but I am brand new to investing and hope to buy my first this year. Some of the best meetups I've gone to have been with the Badass Real Estate Investor meetups around Denver. The best one, in my opinion, happens Monday night at 6 o'clock and the location rotates each week. I'll send you a personal message as well!

Awesome!! Hope to see you there soon. Also check out John Fisher's Breakfast Club. It is this Saturday Morning. It's a great networking event. Sadly I will miss the breakfast, I am visiting my Grandkids for the week.
