I’ve been listening to everything real estate for about 2 months for up to 10 hours a day. So I can get comfortable with the idea of what the start pf my real estate journey could look like in the next 5 month. I would love to take with more expensed members of the community to further my knowledge. And hear about everyone’s journey from start to where they are today.

Hey Ty'Quan, good on you for learning as much as you can and for seeking help from the community! I would definitely recommend starting with house hacking. Looks like you already have W2 income so reaching out to a lender to get pre approved is a great first step. Besides that, continue saving up cash - who knows, you may already have enough for house hacking.
My experience also started with house hacking 3 years ago. I used $11k to put a 3% down payment on a house that I lived in and rented out rooms. I have since done this two more times for a total of three houses. It's a super accessible and easy formula to reliably build wealth in this country. I could go on but that's the gist.
