Best advice for new investors on how to find off market properties?

Welcome to BiggerPockets! This is an incredible platform that has numerous resources, so definitely take advantage of it all. If you haven't already, go to the "NETWORK" tab at the top of your screen and click on meetups. Then you will have the opportunity to search your area to see if there are any meetups around you.

In addition, you should give the BP Podcast a listen because it is also very beneficial when starting your real estate journey.

Welcome to BP. Learn Learn Learn but also do do do. When I first started out. I tried to learn by shadowing but unfortunately, I didn't get a mentor so instead, I read books and join groups. Then I purchased my first property. I bought a really small property so it helped with costs. Good luck!

Constant outbound, reaching out to as many people as you can a day. Today I made 100 calls and got 3 potential deals from it .
