Hello everyone! New to Subto community. So excited and happy to be here. 2023 Goals: Wholesale for capital (of course), acquire Househack property, scratch my first flip off the to do list and 1 Buy and Hold Airbnb. Let's goooooo!!!

Liza and Samantha need to start their own meet-up!
Maybe focus on guest safety.... last STR I stayed at in Miami was sorta scary.

Best of luck with your goals this year! Miami is highly regulated when it comes to STR but there are a few places where it is allowed. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Hi Lindsey, thank you so much! I am still a bit away from getting to my STR goals but that is good to know. May I ask you for your email so I can reach out when I get my first STR deal in motion?

Hi Elise, oh no! I'm so sorry you had a bad experience. You can count on me to point you in the right direction when you're ready to come back down to Miami. I have been here all my life and know every nook and cranny in this city. And great idea! Nurses are already great at teaming up by profession, what say you Samantha?

It is going alright; I have 5 properties I own, one is STR; and then I "host" (manage) two other STR's. Hoping to really put some systems in place this year and get some more deals done!

I started end of 2019 with my house-hack duplex in Killeen. I had hopped to be farther ahead, but I also got into travel nursing during COVID, got married, and now have a baby haha.

Wow just shy of 3 years that is impressive. Sounds like you kept busy during COVID lol. Congratulations on your new family that's awesome. Something about nurses..
My first group of investors was funded by two nurses in Doral. Like 20 years ago we went to a one-week seminar on how to invest, flipl etc
We come back and got together to analyze and put together deals. I don't know how people can do it alone ...
Keep going you are in a great environment to learn from.
