My husband and I want to take our first step into the vacation rental property owner world.
So, we’re looking for that core group in our area that we can work with: agent, lender, contractor, and property manager, that can help us achieve that goal while generating MORE business for them. :)
Note: We are still learning the BRRRR and other strategies but look forward to learning from experts like you in our area before diving in.

First steps can be intimidating but there are a lot of supportive networks here. Key to success is to read all the posts, read all the reviews, and learn what works for your strategy. Don't just take someone else word for how "easy" it is! This is a job and takes focus and commitment to be successful year after year.
