Hey everyone ! I am new to biggerpockets and real estate investing. I am looking to learn more about syndicates and also looking to meet sponsors and hopefully find good investment opportunities on here.

    Hey Mark, what type of asset class are you looking for? I know many popular syndicators who do multifamily or self storage.

    @Mark Diamond

    What asset classes are you focused on (multifamily, self-storage, mobile home parks)? Do you have any markets in mind?

    We have a new self storage facility in Missouri we just put under contract that we are happy to chat with potential LP's about what they are looking for!

     probably multifamily to start as I get into real estate investing with plan to diversify down the road.

    I would just google Syndicators, and a bunch will pop up. I would also consider attending one or two in person events to be able to network with real estate investors.

    I would focus on a specific niche of real estate, and gravitate to those in that space. There are syndications that focus on multifamily, self storage, car washes, laundromats, ATMs, mobile home parks, just to name a few

    Happy to connect, Mark! We are focused on NNN medical office syndicating. We like how NNN leases pass through volatile expenses to tenants.

    Hey Mark,

    I work at a real estate investment advisory firm that specializes in helping clients invest in syndications. I would avoid syndicators that do not have very long track records managing billions of dollars of real estate. Feel free to reach out as we only work with legacy syndicators.
