Hi there. I've been a Realtor in L.A. for 20 year and currently own 4 properties here + I've invested & flipped in the past. I'm looking for other like-minded investors to co-invest with me to either flip, rehab+rent or buy income properties with, mostly looking to raise capital but also open to partnerships.
