Hello Bigger Pockets Community! I'm finally excited to join this fantastic forum after years of listening to the podcast. My name is Olga and I come originally from the beautiful Eastern European country of Moldova, though now my home is Gulf Shores, Alabama  and I am just loving it. Real Estate has been my passion for many years now since my husband and I purchased our first rental investment property. The potential of this industry is just fascinating me.  After spending hundreds of hours to listening to insights from seasoned investors on the Bigger Pockets podcast, reading tens of books and doing so much research about trends and market movements, I have decided to dive into this world. I got my real estate license recently and I look forward to networking, sharing ideas, learning, and growing with you all.
