Hello all! After 15+ years away from property management and construction I've decided to shift my focus from a career and into real estate. It's a whole new game from when I was involved before and I'm looking forward to learning all that I can.

Thank you, I'm excited to be here. I'm focused on small to medium sized multi-family buy and holds. I may also want to explore Mid-term rentals too. Not 100% certain on that yet. I'll be engaging in the forums a lot to build my knowledge and get things rolling. :)
