Hello,

I am new to Real Estate investing. Starting out with very little and very late in life, but starting none the less.

Looking forward to learning as much as I can with as few mistakes as possible, although not afraid to make a few as long as the education is not to costly.

Hey there Walt, that's an awesome spirit to have! It's never too late to start investing in real estate. You might find value in resources like the BiggerPockets podcast and the community as they offer a wealth of knowledge for new investors. Remember, small steps lead to big journeys. Start with low-commitment options like REITs, gradually exploring bigger deals as you gain confidence and market knowledge. Patience and continuous learning are key to your successful real estate journey. All the best!
