Kurt Lehecka
Posted

I’m a licensed architect and contractor with a passion for creating spaces that blend functionality with aesthetics. I focus on spec houses and townhomes in the Dallas.

Looking forward to connecting with fellow investors, sharing insights, and collaborating on exciting ventures in the Dallas real estate scene.

Let’s build something great together!

@Kurt Lehecka - Not sure what your budget is but I like the bird street area (below Lovers Ln and west of Inwood Rd) and Old Lake Highlands. You can get lots and tear downs from 400-500K. If you can stay around 200/ft with in house architecture and GC, you'll do well on the exits. Of course there's a bit more to every build and budget will ultimately decide where you end up developing. Reach out if you want to bounce ideas off of someone.
