Hey everyone. I'm here in Southern Maryland and new to real estate investing. I'm not sure if I am going to start local (since the market is so high here) or if I am going to go OOS. Either way I am excited to get the ball rolling and start buying property.

Welcome to real estate investing! It's awesome that you're ready to dive in. I'm also in Maryland and have been working in the local market for a while now. I know the prices can be high, but there are definitely opportunities out there. If you decide to look out-of-state, I can help with that too. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need any advice as you get started. Happy to chat and share what I know.

Best of luck on your journey!

YAY MD! Curious what market you end up choosing... I'm from Germantown originially, and would love to get back into that market, but not the right move for me right now. Good luck to you!

To be honest Robin, I hadn't even thought about it. I would be curious to see what markets are doing well/growing in WV. I will have to do some research. That's really interesting.
